Beer

Beer was loved by all in Egyptian times. Even the children were
 allowed to drink it.

However, beer back in ancient times had less
Alcohol to it then what is consumed today. Egyptians didn't just drink
beer for there health Egyptians liked drinking their beer with straws.

Egyptians made bread and beer from the same crop, barley.

To brew the beer they would first soak the grains so it would sprout.

A process is known as molting. The molting process help turn
the starch
into sugar. When the grain is boiled.
The next step was called mashing
boiling and stirring the grains in water.
After a good boiling, the next
process was fermentation which turns the sugar from the barley into alcohol.
A similar taste to beer in Ancient times
would be Chardonnay for its sweet
taste. For beer was sweeter back then.
